QSI’s Custom Machining Group is uniquely equipped to meet your machining needs. We have the capacity to meet your largest and smallest machining requirements, including short run production. QSI utilizes its full CAD/CAM capabilities and conversational controls that allow us to program in the most efficient manner, from complex part models to simple hand-drawn sketches.
QSI has a complete range of equipment including manual and CNC mills and lathes, EDMs (sinker, wire & CNC), multiple wet and dry grinders (auto & manual), heat treat ovens, and various other support equipment. The use of the correct equipment, along with skilled and experienced machinists, allow QSI to provide the service and quality our customers deserve and the competitive prices they expect.
SERVICE DETAILS
Our large vertical machining centers allow us to handle your most robust requirements, with our newest bridge mill travelling 118″ on the X and 82″ on the Y.
Our smaller machining centers, manual mills and assorted other equipment complete the lineup, allowing us to offer full capabilities at the most competitive prices.
